Commonly Available Job Positions at Abbey Air Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Oakville General Manager The General Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating all activities of a Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service location. The General Manager manages the P&L, drives sales, and provides leadership to all employees and processes for the office. Service Technician The Service Technician completes diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial HVAC equipment and accessories. The Service Technician corresponds with residential and/or commercial customers to answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. The person in the role also recommends products and services and works under the guidance of the Field Supervisor or General Manager. Installation Technician/Installation Helpers The Installation Technician performs HVAC equipment and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial sites. The person in the role also performs installation and service on indoor air quality equipment and accessories, as well, and has the expertise to follow controls and wiring diagrams and schematics. Customer Service Specialist The Customer Service Specialist takes care of customer inquiries, concerns, and billing questions with the highest measure of courtesy and professionalism to settle customer concerns with a single-call resolution. The Customer Service Specialist is also held accountable for supporting day-to-day function of the Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service center. Dispatcher The Dispatcher, following company radio and pager policies, dispatches customer information to Installers, Service Technicians, and Maintenance Technicians. The person in the role also corresponds with the customer to ensure the customer is notified of scheduled appointments, answer questions, and to help resolve problems. The Dispatcher strategically plans and routes the most ideal technicians using established company guidelines.
