Midland Air Service Experts was thrilled to sponsor the Midlands Ride for Kids in April. This is the second year that Midland Air has raised money for this amazing event that helps fund the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the primary nonprofit financing research into childhood brain tumors. The donations fund free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial support for families.
Midland Air Service Experts gave $1000 to this incredible cause and the nationwide event has collected over half-a-million dollars. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been involved in the event since 2014 and her father’s riding group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids every year.
“My dad’s motorcycle club rides every year because they can have fun and ride motorcycles, all for a great cause.” You can see Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The big-hearted motorcycle club may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts doesn’t have as many motorcycle riders. “We just do it for the kids,” said Rebecca.
Midland Air adores being involved in their community and sponsoring incredible events like the Midlands Ride for Kids. To learn more about how you can get involved and raise awareness for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, check out their site.
